Valk 9 Designs LLC Terms of Service.

By paying the invoice or request you are agreeing to the full terms of service.

General

All purchases are final, unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and Andrew Nagel (Valk9). Items, once paid in full, will be shipped within 1-3 business days of final payment.

Payment plans

Payment plans are accepted through Affirm and Sezzle.​

Rates from 0–36% APR. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license. For licenses and disclosures, see affirm.com/licenses. For example, a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR or 4 interest free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.

Repairs

Repairs, replacement, or alterations will be discussed between the purchasing client and Valk 9. Repairs will have a general cost of $100, and potentially more depending on replacements of stone, materials, shipping, etc. Once repairs are finished, and paid in full, they will be shipped within 1-3 business days of final payment.

Customs

For custom pieces, the client and Valk9 will discuss what stones/materials/etc will be used in the piece. Valk 9 will then propose a price. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of price will be made before construction of the piece begins. Once finished, videos or pictures of the piece will be sent to the client for verification. Once pictures are sent, the client has 2 weeks to finish paying the remainder of the balance, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon between the client and Valk 9. If the balance is left unpaid for 2 weeks, then the piece may be listed and sold.
